If you've entered the wrong address during checkout, unfortunately, we are unable to modify the address once your order is placed. However, you might still be able to update your delivery details directly with the courier.

What happens if the order can’t be delivered?
If your order is undeliverable, the courier will return it to us. Once the parcel is back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed automatically. Be sure to monitor your tracking information for any updates.

If an incorrect address was provided and the package is delivered or goes missing at that location, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please double-check your information at checkout to avoid this issue.

We’ll replace your item or offer store credit if you experience:

*Please note: The Lifetime Warranty covers only the issues we specifically guarantee against. We cannot cover pieces that are lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or damaged by a third party. If a photo of the defective item is not provided, the warranty becomes void.
We also have a fair use policy in place for our lifetime guarantee and reserve the right to deny claims if the policy is abused.
Returns & Shipping
You have 30 days from the date your Notes + Narratives order is delivered to return any items you no longer want.
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition, including all packaging. If an item is returned damaged, used, or in an unsatisfactory condition, we will not be able to issue a refund. All returned items undergo a thorough inspection upon arrival.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. Once we have processed your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account, although it often occurs much sooner.
Please note: The final refund amount will have the original shipping cost deducted, unless the refund is due to a faulty item or an error made by Notes + Narratives.
No, each return must be registered and sent separately. Combining multiple returns into a single package may delay the processing of your refunds, so please ensure each item is packaged individually.

If your return is lost during transit and you cannot provide proof of postage, we will be unable to process a refund. However, if you have a valid tracking number or receipt, we will issue store credit for the return.

We ship worldwide, except to countries with restrictions, sanctions, or unreliable postal services. This includes places like North Korea and other regions where delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Unfortunately, discount codes, store credits, or gift cards cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
