Refund & Exchange Policy

 

How long is your returns period?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unwanted items from your Notes + Narratives order.

To qualify for a full refund on eligible returns, items must be returned in their original, unworn/unused condition, with all packaging intact. If any items are returned damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process a refund. All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival.

Do you offer free returns?

Currently, we do not provide free return labels. Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our facility. We recommend obtaining proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return can be tracked if needed.

Do you offer free exchanges?

Currently, we do not offer free return labels for exchanges, and customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. 

Please email us at support@notesandnarratives.com with your name, order number, and the email associated with your purchase. Let us know the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.

Once we confirm the details, we’ll send you a return label for the exchange. After we receive the returned item, we’ll proceed with processing your exchange.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping. However, if the exchange is required due to an error or mistake made by Notes + Narratives, we will cover the cost of the exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

The timing of your refund depends on how long it takes for the returned items to reach us and be processed by our team.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Once our team processes your return, you will receive an email notification. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed, although it often happens much sooner.

Can I combine multiple returns into one package?

No, each return must be registered separately and cannot be combined into a single package. Combining returns may delay the refund process, so please ensure each return is packaged individually.

Always keep proof of postage for each return.

If your return is lost during transit and you cannot provide proof of postage, we will not be able to process your refund. However, if you have a valid receipt or tracking number, we will issue store credit for your return.

What is your policy for final sale and promo items?

Sale Items Over 40% Discounted
Items discounted by more than 40%, including during Black Friday, Boxing Day, Flash Sales, Cyber Monday, Canada Day, Easter, and other holiday promotions, are not eligible for refunds. These items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Sale Items Over 70% Discounted

Items discounted by more than 70%, including during Black Friday, Boxing Day, Flash Sales, Cyber Monday, Canada Day, Easter, and other holiday events, are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
